M. Nadine Burnett joined the Far Brook community in 2019. She is a parent of Christiane Burnett (Class of 2024). She is also mother to three older sons and she resides in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Nadine’s career spans 25 years in financial services and her experience includes relationship management, new business generation, optimal capital structure advisory, capital raising, financial modeling and analysis. As an Associate at J.P. Morgan, Nadine raised high yield debt and leveraged loans for acquisition financing and general corporate purposes. As a Vice President at Citigroup, Nadine focused on the Healthcare and Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) sectors, responsible for broad client relationship management and cross-selling the bank’s international franchise to meet client needs. As Executive Director at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), Nadine more than doubled the TMT franchise with her leadership and client relationship efforts. While at SMBC, Nadine created a Mentoring Program for the Women’s Inclusion Network and supervised and mentored dozens of junior bankers. In June 2021, Nadine joined Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC as Managing Director in the Corporate Finance group with primary coverage responsibility for Financial Institutions and Insurance companies. Nadine earned a BS in Management/Finance from Binghamton University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Nadine is active in Jack & Jill of America and the Glen Ridge Congregational Church.
