Far Brook's Garden

Dig in to Learning

Over the course of the Summer, we were excited to host two evening garden events. The new garden curriculum was developed with Far Brook faculty and Kaleidoscope Garden Design. Kaleidoscope is run by Toby Adams, the Director of the Edible Academy at the New York Botanical Garden, and Alexandra Forrester, who worked with Toby as the Manager of School Programs, Pre-K – 8th Grade.

This Fall and throughout the year, students will be tilling, planting, watering, working, and learning in the Garden. Kaleidoscope will offer fun evening garden stewardship workshops for families and faculty to get acquainted with this incredible hands-on teaching tool.

To plant a garden is to dream of tomorrow.
