After Murray’s tenure, the Board unanimously voted to appoint Amy Miles Ziebarth as Head of School in July of 2010. A gifted and highly respected leader in education, Amy came to know about the School through her work as the Executive Director of New Jersey SEEDS, as well as through her leadership positions at Kent Place School. In 2006, Amy and her husband, Miguel Brito, Head of St. Philip’s Academy in Newark, had decided that Far Brook would be the best choice for their three children, who all attended Far Brook from Nursery-Eighth Grade.
