In November of 2016, Far Brook established Widening the Lens Diversity Conference – the first annual diversity conference for New Jersey independent schools modeled after the unique format of the Dalton School Diversity Conference (NYC), designed by Pollyanna Inc.  The conference, now in its 8th year, creates opportunities for powerful learning and growth in our school communities as we share the challenges, experiences, and best practices with colleagues from peer schools.
