Chamber Music & Chocolates Tickets
Sunday, February 26, 2023, 3:00 PM, Moore Hall
If Music Be the Food of Love…— a collaborative interplay of music and poetry — will feature performances by Far Brook’s talented music faculty and guest alumni, in a delightful program ranging from the inspiring to the whimsical, the dramatic to the comical.
Our special guest is Far Brook’s distinguished, longtime faculty member, Junior High teacher Ed Solecki, who will recite several of his favorite poems, interspersed throughout the afternoon. Featured works will include Summerland by William Grant Still, Le Grand Tango by Astor Piazzolla, Lucas’ Garden by Amanda Harberg, a selection from “West Side Story” by Leonard Bernstein, and more. A chocolate dessert reception will follow.
Bring a neighbor, friend, or the whole family! The program is recommended for students in First Grade and older.
Please fill out the form below to purchase tickets. Tickets will be held at the door. Thank you!
